Christian Ashby is a seasoned professional in cloud solutions architecture with extensive experience in leading technical teams and delivering cloud transformation initiatives. Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Architect at Databricks since September 2025, Christian previously held various roles at SADA, Google, DXC Technology, CSC, Rackspace Technology, Incentivated Group, Loho Ltd, and Spiralinks Ltd. Throughout this career, notable positions include Associate Manager in UKI Cloud Engineering at SADA and Industry Architect at Google, where Christian drove the adoption of Google Cloud for major retailers in the UK. Christian holds a Master's degree in Natural Sciences (Materials Science) from the University of Cambridge.
