Conrad Ludgate

Conrad Ludgate is a Systems Software Engineer with extensive experience in leading software engineering projects and improving scalability in database connection services. Currently serving as the Technical Lead of the Neon Proxy service at Databricks since June 2025, Conrad focuses on enhancing performance for serverless and agent environments.
