David Cascante is an Enterprise Senior Solutions Engineer with a strong background in technical support and engineering. They worked at Microsoft from 2020 to 2022, first as an Azure Kubernetes Support Escalation Engineer, supporting customers with complex technical issues on the Azure platform, and previously resolving high-complexity cases in Windows Support roles. Prior to Microsoft, David gained valuable experience as a Cisco Network Engineer at SYKES Costa Rica, where they tackled major networking challenges for Service Providers and Enterprise Networks.
