David Porter

David Porter currently serves as the Head of ISV Partner Engineering at Databricks, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this role, David held several key leadership positions at Sigma from March 2021 to September 2025, culminating in the role of Head of Partner Engineering. David also served as the Practice Area Lead for Data & Analytics at Slalom from February 2018 to March 2021, overseeing multiple operational aspects in Los Angeles. David's experience in the data and analytics field began at Accenture, where David worked from June 2012 to January 2018, progressing through various managerial roles. Earlier experience included a Senior Consultant position at Capco Energy and a Data Analyst internship at Texas Health Resources. David holds a BBA in Business Information Systems and Finance from Texas Christian University.
