Deepak Sekar

Deepak Sekar currently serves as the Head of Solutions Architecture for ASEAN Enterprises at Databricks, focusing on Data and AI solutions for enterprise businesses in the region. Deepak has extensive experience in leading teams of solution architects across various geographical areas, including previous roles at Databricks for ANZ Enterprises and ANZ MidMarket & Commercial. Prior experience includes positions at Oracle as a Principal Solution Architect specializing in cloud, data, and AI, where Deepak facilitated customer innovation with the Oracle cloud platform. Earlier in Deepak's career, significant contributions were made at IBM, including roles as Lead Solution Architect for the Watson Data & AI Platform and as a Solution Engineering Lead, promoting AI and cognitive solutions. Deepak holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
