Deepayan P.

Deepayan P. is a skilled software engineer currently working at Databricks since February 2023. Previously, Deepayan served as a research assistant at Carnegie Mellon University School of Computer Science from October 2019 to December 2022, contributing to the NoisePage project led by Professor Andy Pavlo. Key achievements included developing a NUMA-aware resource management system, enhancing optimizer functionalities, and implementing performance improvements in logging. Deepayan gained valuable experience through multiple software engineering internships at Neeva and Yugabyte, focusing on innovative search and distributed SQL technologies.
