Derek Yeager

Derek Yeager has over 13 years of experience in the technology industry. Derek started their career as a Software Engineer at the Pittsburgh Supercomputing Center in 2006. In 2007, they joined Booz Allen Hamilton as a Senior Lead Engineer, where they worked for over 11 years. In 2019, Derek became the Lead Solutions Architect at Databricks.

Derek Yeager obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from The George Washington University. In addition, they hold several certifications including Databricks Certified Machine Learning Associate, Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate, and multiple AWS certifications. Derek also completed a Machine Learning course from Coursera in 2016.
