Dustin Axman

Dustin Axman is a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Databricks, having previously held a similar position at Chaser, where notable achievements included designing a text segmentation service on AWS and developing an adaptive data generation framework. Prior to that, Dustin worked as an Applied Scientist at Amazon, where significant contributions included launching over 75 new features, enhancing multilingual data methods, and improving ASR model performance for millions of users. Dustin's academic background includes a PhD (ABD) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Master’s Degree from Carnegie Mellon University, along with a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Rochester. Additional experience includes roles as a project coordinator, intern, and graduate teaching assistant, showcasing a strong foundation in machine learning and signal processing.
