Emily Ruelle

Emily Ruelle is a data-driven HR leader currently serving as a Sr. Staff People Partner Program Manager at Databricks. Previously, Emily held various HR roles including Human Resources Manager at Tableau Software, where they managed an HR team and developed strategic initiatives. As the Market HR Lead for Google in the Pacific Northwest, they provided support for high-growth sites and played a significant role in change management during critical events such as the COVID-19 pandemic. Emily's career began as an Employment Coordinator at Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, and they later worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Olympia Federal Savings, where they contributed to award-winning employee engagement programs. Emily earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Azusa Pacific University.
