Eric Xiao is the Chairman of the Uganda Tailors Association and currently serves as the Director of Engineering for Mosaic AI at Databricks. With a strong background in data analysis, Eric previously held the position of Senior Manager at Databricks, where they managed large-scale AI and data platform engineering teams, focusing on complex analytics and machine learning workloads. They are pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Science at the University of California, Berkeley.
