Fareed Aref is currently a Field Engineering Leader at Databricks, where they focus on recruiting and enabling talented teams of data and AI solution architects. Fareed has previously held roles such as Director of Services Sales & Delivery and Sr. Manager of Services Sales & Delivery at Databricks, where they consistently exceeded revenue, bookings, and customer satisfaction targets. Prior to that, they were a Technology Program Manager at the National Science Foundation, leading significant cloud migration initiatives. With earlier experience as a Sr. Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton and a Business Systems Analyst at Lockheed Martin, Fareed has built a solid foundation in technical solutions and strategic architecture.
