Gabo Núñez is currently the Director of Sales Commissions and Costa Rica Finance Site Leader at Databricks, where they lead the AMER Sales Commissions team and oversee accounting and finance functions. With over 18 years of experience in various leadership roles, Gabo has spent more than 12 years specializing in sales compensation for high-tech companies. Previously, Gabo held significant positions at VMware, including Director of Commissions Finance, where they managed a global team and contributed to numerous successful projects. Gabo has also worked in operations and customer service management at AEGIS BPO and Equifax Costa Rica, highlighting a diverse professional background.
