Gaurav Nanda is an Engineering Manager at Databricks, where they are currently building the next generation of traffic control systems. Previously, they held the role of Engineering Manager at Harness, focusing on scaling an enterprise-grade software development platform. Gaurav served as a Technical Lead at Google from 2015 to 2022, where they contributed to the payments and food ordering platforms. They were also a Senior Member Technical at D. E. Shaw & Co., where they enhanced trading support engines and developed risk reporting infrastructure. Gaurav earned a Master's Degree in Computer and Information Sciences from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Thapar University.
