Harry Mak

Harry Mak is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in commercial negotiations and legal counsel across the APAC region. Currently serving as Lead Legal Counsel - APJ at Databricks, Harry is responsible for all commercial negotiations and regional legal issues in ANZ, earning recognition as FY23 APJ Field MVP and FY24 Legal BrickStar Award. Previous roles include Senior Legal Counsel at Cloudera, where Harry managed significant legal functions in ANZ, and held various positions at PwC, Genesys, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Squiz, and Pattin Bell Davey Lawyers, developing expertise in contract negotiations, dispute resolution, employment law, and regulatory compliance. Harry holds a Master of Laws (LLM), LLB, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Sydney.
