Janis Lamatsch has a diverse professional background with experience in key account management, digital sales, and finance. Janis began an internship at Bosch Sicherheitssysteme GmbH in early 2017, followed by a bachelor’s position in finance and project controlling at Porsche Engineering Services GmbH. From October 2019 to February 2021, Janis worked at IBM in various roles, including Client Representative in Digital Sales & Commercial and Business Development for Startups. Currently, Janis serves as an Enterprise Account Executive at Databricks since April 2025.
