Jeffry Issac

Jeffry Issac is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition (Tech + G&A) for APAC at Databricks, where they lead the India recruiting team and manage recruitment for key verticals in software engineering, security engineering, and professional services. They previously served as a Senior Staff Recruiter at Databricks, where they built several recruitment verticals from the ground up in India. Before joining Databricks, Jeffry held various roles at Google, where they significantly contributed to recruitment strategies and workforce development across multiple product areas. Jeffry earned an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Centre For Management and Human Resource Development and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Motilal Nehru National Institute Of Technology.
