John Young is the Managing Director of Partner Solutions at Databricks, where they establish the Databricks LakehouseAI platform and lead a team of Solution Architects in developing innovative GenAI and Analytics solutions. With deep experience in financial services and insurance, they have previously held key roles at Northwestern Mutual, including Director of Service Management Strategy & Design, where they significantly improved service level agreements. John also serves as the chairperson of the Industry Advisory Committee for the Computer Science & AI Bachelor of Science program at Milwaukee School of Engineering.
