Jonah Mann

Jonah Mann is a Staff Software Engineer at Databricks since March 2020, where Jonah is a founding member of the Storage Platform team, overseeing OLTP database infrastructure for the Databricks product. Previously, Jonah held various engineering roles at Google from April 2016 to February 2020, contributing to the backend of Google Voice using Java. Prior experience includes developing an automated ETF trading strategy at Marathon Trading LLC and working as a Financial Technology Associate Program Intern at Citadel LLC. Jonah's internship at NASA Ames Research Center involved analyzing weather and water data for the LakeLander mission prototype. Jonah holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from Penn Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a focus on Public Policy from The Wharton School, both completed in 2015, and graduated from Lower Merion High School in 2010.
