Karthick L. has extensive experience in technical support and engineering, currently serving as a Staff Backline Engineer at Databricks since August 2021, with previous roles as a Senior Backline Solutions Engineer and Senior Technical Solutions Engineer. Prior to Databricks, Karthick L. worked at Talend from July 2017 to July 2021 as a Senior Escalation Engineer, contributing as a Support Technical Lead for Big Data products, and an Escalation Engineer focusing on mission-critical projects. Karthick L. also gained valuable experience as a Support Engineer at Talend and as a Software Engineer at Informatica from August 2012 to July 2017, where support engineering for various products was performed.
