Currently, Kate serves as the Head of Global Public Sector Operations at Databricks, following a significant tenure as Chief of Staff at the Central Intelligence Agency, where they oversaw critical national security operations. They have also held various senior roles at the U.S. Department of State, managing strategic initiatives related to foreign policy and national security. Previously, Kate worked at The Cohen Group, advising Fortune 50 companies on market expansion and risk management. Kate is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government at Stanford University.
