Kelley Gallaher

Kelley Gallaher currently serves as the Sr. Director of Strategy and Execution at Databricks, beginning in March 2024. Previously, Kelley held the role of Sr. Director of Deal Strategy Operations and Monetization at Confluent from January 2020 to March 2024, where responsibilities included designing and building scalable solutions for end-to-end processes. Prior experience includes positions at Unity Technologies as Senior Manager of Revenue Accounting and Revenue Manager, Deloitte as Audit Senior and Audit Assistant, and AppDirect as Staff Accountant. Kelley holds a Certificate of Advanced Accounting Proficiency from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Oregon.
