Ken Spencer has extensive experience in pricing and strategic deal management, having worked at McKinsey & Company from September 2008 to April 2022, where roles included Global Leader of Pricing & Arrangements, Engagement Manager, and Business Analyst. After McKinsey, Ken served as Vice President of Global Deal Desk at Salesforce from April 2022 to January 2024, and is currently the Senior Director of Global Strategic Deal Pricing at Databricks. Earlier in the career, Ken spent a brief tenure as a teacher at Bryan High School in 2002-2003. Ken holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Math from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
