Lin Guo

Lin Guo is a seasoned software engineering manager with extensive experience in leading high-performing teams and managing complex projects. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager at Databricks since June 2022, Lin previously held the role of Staff Tech Lead Manager at Google, contributing to the Google Cloud API Infrastructure Services Team from June 2016 to May 2022. Prior to that, Lin was a Senior Software Engineer Lead at Microsoft from June 2008 to June 2016, where leadership encompassed the index management infrastructure for over 100 billion Bing web documents. Lin holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from Brown University and a Bachelor's degree from Tsinghua University.
