Mainak Sen is an accomplished technology leader with a robust background in engineering, specializing in privacy, compliance, and security. Currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering at Databricks since March 2022, Mainak focuses on Trust and Safety. Prior to this role, Mainak held the position of Director of Engineering at Meta from 2018 to March 2022, overseeing a team of 75 engineers in building privacy and compliance solutions. At Microsoft from 2015 to 2018, Mainak led the Antispam and Antiphish machine learning group. As CTO of Percolata from 2013 to 2015, Mainak managed all facets of Retail Analytics.
