Mami Kikuchi

Mami Kikuchi has a robust background in human resources and people operations, currently working at Databricks in a People Operations role since June 2025. Prior to this, Mami Kikuchi served as a Human Resources Specialist at Salesforce from October 2019 to September 2024, focusing on employee relations, leave of absence processes, and hiring with a focus on disability inclusion.
