Mark Schneeberger began their career in 2000 as a Developer at IDI Technology Solution, where they worked with various technologies such as Oracle, Microsoft Access, SQL, and Visual Basic. Mark later transitioned to roles as a Business Analyst and eventually as a Senior Business Intelligence Business Analyst until 2008.
In 2008, they joined Karabina Solutions and held positions such as Senior Business Intelligence Business Analyst, BI Solution Specialist, Solution Specialist Manager, and CTO. In these roles, they focused on Business Intelligence, Master Data Management, and presented at conferences.
From 2013 to 2020, Mark worked at Microsoft in roles including Solution Sales Professional, Global Solutions Architect, and Senior Data & AI Sales Specialist. Their responsibilities included working with enterprise customers on data insights, data platform, cloud services, and more.
More recently, since 2020, Mark has served as the Lead for Strategic Accounts at Databricks.
Mark Schneeberger completed their Bachelor of Science in Information Technology at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika from 2001 to 2010. In addition, they have obtained various certifications from Microsoft and other institutions related to Azure Data Solutions, Azure Fundamentals, Value Negotiation, Insight Selling, and Business Strategy and Financial Acumen.
