Mathias Christiansen

Mathias Christiansen is an experienced technology professional with a strong entrepreneurial background. Currently serving as a Manager at Databricks since July 2023, Mathias also co-founded Anymate in 2019, a SaaS startup. Prior to Databricks, Mathias worked as a Software Engineer at MosaicML from November 2021 until its acquisition by Databricks. Mathias co-founded SHADE ApS, an innovative startup in the IoT and smart home sector, serving from November 2015 to August 2018, and held the position of CTO at HOVMAND A/S from November 2012 to July 2015. Mathias began professional experience as Head of Development at the Technical University of Denmark in mid-2012, following a role as Research Assistant. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Design and Innovation from the Technical University of Denmark, completed between 2007 and 2012.
