Max Annear-Henderson

Max Annear-Henderson is a Staff Software Engineer at Databricks, with extensive experience in software engineering and project leadership. Previously, they co-founded Cradle.io, where they served as CTO and led the development of a cloud-based SaaS phone system while managing an engineering team. Max also worked at Human Interest as a Staff Software Engineer, overseeing significant projects including a Heroku to AWS migration and the design of a Terraform module library. They began their career as an intern at R&D Solutionz, gaining invaluable experience in web application development. Max holds a Bachelor of Engineering with First Class Honours from Massey University.
