Max Kiko Fagan

Max Kiko Fagan has extensive experience in legal and business development roles. Max Kiko served as the Vice President & Associate General Counsel at Databricks, leading the global partner strategy and operations. Prior to that, they held leadership positions at Veritas Technologies LLC, including Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary to the Board, and Vice President, Global Legal Affairs. Max Kiko also worked at Symantec as the Senior Director of Legal, managing a team supporting GTM and Partner programs. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in driving legal execution on complex initiatives, providing support across various business units, and leading international legal teams.

Max Kiko Fagan attended Stanford University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in English. Max Kiko later went on to study at the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings), where they earned a JD in Law.
