Muthukumar Srinivasan

Muthukumar Srinivasan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data and analytics leadership, currently serving as the Professional Services Leader at Databricks since June 2022. Prior experience includes over a decade at HCL Technologies as the Engagement Delivery Head, where responsibilities encompassed the delivery of services for a major Australian bank, managing a portfolio with an annual revenue of approximately AUD 30 million, and overseeing a team of around 250 resources. Muthukumar has a proven track record in customer management, operational planning, and resource management. Past roles at HCL involved transforming teams, delivering substantial contract value add, and managing key client accounts. Prior to HCL, experience at Tech Mahindra included program management and service delivery for major corporate clients. Muthukumar holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management and a B.Tech from Anna University, along with a Post Graduate Diploma from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade.
