Paul Lappas is an accomplished product management professional with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Product Manager at Databricks since August 2021, Paul is the founding PM for the company’s streaming ETL platform, leading its multi-cloud launch and development efforts. Prior to Databricks, Paul held the position of Principal Product Manager at Amazon Web Services, where a startup was acquired to enhance the user experience of Amazon Redshift. As a co-founder and CEO of intermix.io, Paul raised $5M in venture funding and addressed monitoring challenges faced by data engineers. Previous roles include Vice President of Engineering at Apteligent, contributing to mobile performance analytics, and co-founding GoGrid, which achieved significant growth in revenue.
