Phillip Sheldon

Phillip Sheldon is a Solutions Architect and Embedded Product Lead for AI/ML at Databricks, where they focus on designing and delivering scalable data and AI solutions for the commercial healthcare and life sciences sectors. Previously, Phillip held roles with the U.S. Department of State, conducting research and managing projects to enhance U.S. business interests overseas, and served as a Congressional Intern, contributing to policy development and constituent engagement. With a background in the United States Marine Corps as an Infantry and Foreign Security Force Advisor, they developed strong decision-making skills and led various military training initiatives. Phillip also worked at Accenture, where they advanced programs in Data and AI across federal departments and played a crucial role in shaping training initiatives for data professionals. They hold a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from William & Mary.
