Pooja Bhat

Pooja Bhat is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the tech industry, currently working at Databricks since September 2025. Prior to that, Pooja held positions as a software engineer at Tecton from May 2022 to September 2025 and served as a lead software engineer at Salesforce from April 2017 to May 2022. Pooja's early career included a teaching assistant role at the University of California, San Diego's Jacobs School of Engineering from January 2016 to May 2017, where responsibilities included instructing in data structures and object-oriented programming in Java. Pooja gained additional experience through internships at Cisco Systems and other organizations between 2013 and 2016. Pooja holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from UC San Diego and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology.
