Prakhar Jain

Prakhar Jain is a highly skilled software engineer with extensive experience in performance optimization and cloud-native solutions for big data frameworks. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Databricks since May 2021, Prakhar has previously held senior engineering roles at Microsoft and contributed significantly to Apache Spark's scalability and resilience. With a foundational background in Spark performance enhancements and innovative cloud orchestration frameworks developed during tenure at Qubole, Prakhar has also been involved in early-stage projects such as a native Android application and backend prototypes during earlier internships. Prakhar holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
