Quintin Walker

Quintin Walker has extensive experience in learning design and development, with a focus on sales enablement. Quintin started their career in 2010 as a Shift Coordinator and Site Training Lead at Foss Swim School. Later, they worked at various roles at different companies such as Amazon, Leading Edge Training Solutions LLC, and El Sistema Minnesota. Quintin's most recent role was at Databricks as the Head of Sales Learning Design. Prior to this, they held key positions at Amazon Web Services (AWS) including WW Head of Design, Development, & Delivery, where they led a team of learning designers and program managers. Quintin'swork at different organizations showcases their expertise in curriculum development, instructional design, and virtual training experiences.

Quintin Walker completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communications Studies and Spanish Studies with Latin Honors, along with a Leadership Minor, at the University of Minnesota from 2010 to 2014. Quintin then pursued a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Youth Development Leadership at the same university from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, Quintin obtained various certifications such as a Master's Certificate in Equity and Diversity in 2016 and certifications in virtual instruction and Scrum Master in 2018. Quintin also received Lakehouse Selling and Academy Accreditation in 2023.
