Rajesh Ramdas

Rajesh Ramdas is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in engineering and sales across leading companies. Currently serving as Senior Director of Field Engineering India at Databricks since August 2023, Rajesh previously held key roles at Google, including Head of Customer Engineering for Digital Natives and Corporate Accounts. With a long tenure at Oracle from 2006 to 2020, Rajesh advanced rapidly through various positions, notably as Sales Consulting Director for the Cloud Platform, where a 4x revenue growth in three years was achieved. Rajesh also played a crucial role in launching Oracle's ERP Cloud in India and secured significant deals in the APAC region. Educational qualifications include a CPA and CWA degrees, complemented by a B.Com (H) from Osmania University.
