Richard Dobson is a Senior Solutions Architect at Databricks, where they focus on providing real-time analytics at high scale using the Imply Platform. With over 15 years of experience, they have collaborated with prominent organizations across various sectors, including Finance, Insurance, Retail, Energy, and Manufacturing, on four continents. Prior to their current role, Richard held positions as a Senior Solutions Engineer at Imply and Solutions Engineer at Cloudera, among others. They hold both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree from Newcastle University. In their spare time, Richard enjoys sailing, skiing, kitesurfing, and traveling the world.
