Rick Ricketts

Rick Ricketts is a seasoned sales leader with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as Team Lead for Emerging Enterprise Business at Databricks since May 2021, where recognition includes FY'25 President's Club. Prior roles at Informatica highlighted progression through various senior sales positions from February 2019 to May 2021. Ricketts also held the position of Sales Director at Dropoff, contributing to innovative logistics solutions for businesses. A veteran of the United States Air Force, Ricketts held multiple leadership roles from May 2011 to October 2016, earning several commendations including the Joint Service Commendation Medal and multiple Air Medals. Ricketts holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the United States Air Force Academy and an MBA from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
