Ridhima Gupta

Ridhima Gupta has extensive experience in user experience design, starting as an Architect at Formworks Architecture in 2012. Ridhima then transitioned to a Manager role at CRY, where they focused on child rights initiatives. Following this, they worked as a User Experience Designer at Design For Use. Ridhima gained further experience as an Interaction Design Intern at Bloomberg LP and as a Graduate Research Assistant at Georgia Institute of Technology. Ridhima later took on roles at Juniper Networks, Tableau Software, Amazon, and currently at Databricks, where they are the Lead Product Designer. Throughout their career, Ridhima has demonstrated leadership and innovation in designing user-friendly products and interfaces.

Ridhima Gupta holds a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, and a Master of Science in Human-Computer Interaction (MS-HCI) from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Ridhima has also obtained certifications in various fields, including machine learning, cryptocurrency, leadership development, and strategic innovation.
