Rory Patterson

Rory Patterson is an experienced executive currently serving as the Chairman of the Board and General Manager at Databricks Federal LLC since August 2022, while also holding the position of Chief of Staff to the CEO and Vice President of Corporate Operations for Databricks since January 2021. Prior to these roles, Rory held various positions at Splunk from September 2016 to January 2021, including Group Vice President of Field Solutions and Strategists, where the leadership of strategy and development of Splunk's Professional Services Practices was a key focus. Previous experience includes senior roles in cybersecurity and intelligence at the Cyber National Mission Force, Defense Intelligence Agency, United States Cyber Command, and other military intelligence positions. Rory earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from California State University, Fullerton.
