Scott Eade

Scott Eade is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience across various roles in data engineering, analytics, and solutions architecture. Currently serving as Lead Solutions Architect at Databricks since July 2020, Scott has a proven track record in managing data lakehouse platforms and driving advancements in artificial intelligence. Prior to this, Scott held several leadership positions, including Director at PolicyPoint, Principal Consultant at Versent, and Head of Platforms at Contexti, demonstrating a commitment to helping organizations leverage data for strategic decision-making. With a solid foundation in software development and project management gained from earlier roles at BPAY, QBE Insurance, and other notable companies, Scott holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Internetworking from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from the University of Auckland.
