Seth Waterman

Seth Waterman is an experienced sales professional with a focus on partner sales in the health, life sciences, retail, and enterprise sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Partner Sales for Enterprise Health & Life Sciences at Databricks, Seth has held multiple leadership roles including Director of Partner Sales for Enterprise Retail, Southeast US & LATAM at Databricks, and various director positions at Salesforce within the Enterprise and Commercial Business Units. Prior experience includes Senior Manager of Alliances at TalentWise, Director of Alliance HCM Sales at Oracle, and Business Performance Advisor at Insperity. Seth holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Babson College and graduated from Nashoba Regional High School.
