Shadi Karajeh

Shadi Karajeh is a Senior Manager of People Operations at Databricks, overseeing operations in the APAC and EMEA regions. With a diverse background in technology, non-profit, and agriculture sectors, Shadi has supported operations across more than 40 countries. Previously, Shadi held various roles at Uber, including Sr. People Operations Lead and Manager of People Operations for EMEA, where significant achievements included improving compliance and streamlining HR processes. Shadi began their career as a Program Specialist at the International Rescue Committee, and earned a fellowship in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from the University of San Francisco.
