Sonal Mane

Sonal Mane is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in growth strategy and digital customer success. As VP of Global Growth Strategy & GTM - Intelligent Experiences at Databricks since May 2022, Sonal leads global growth transformation and self-serve revenue initiatives, focusing on AI-driven strategies and predictive customer journey optimization. Previously, as Global Head of Digital Customer Success at Qualtrics, Sonal developed customer engagement strategies to enhance platform adoption and retention. At Microsoft, Sonal held several roles, including Director of Microsoft for Startups North America, where strategic partnerships and support for startups were emphasized. Additional experience includes board membership at the Chicagoland Entrepreneurial Center and a senior investment associate role at MATH Venture Partners, where Sonal led due diligence for significant transactions. Sonal holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
