Sudeep Srivastava

Sudeep Srivastava is a Senior Staff Data Scientist at Databricks since July 2024, following an extensive career at Facebook as a Data Scientist focused on Infrastructure Strategy from May 2016 to June 2024. Prior to that, Sudeep held the position of Senior Data Scientist at Groupon from August 2012 to May 2016, where experience was gained as both a Senior Data Scientist and Data Scientist. Early in the career, Sudeep worked as a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Mentor Graphics Pvt. Ltd from July 2004 to July 2006, and completed an internship at HCL Technologies in May 2003. Academic credentials include a PhD in Computational Biology and Bioinformatics and an M.S. in Statistics, both obtained from the University of Southern California during the period of January 2006 to January 2012 and January 2010 to January 2011, respectively.
