Sudheer Palyam is a Field CTO at OnSynch.ai, leading the Data & AI strategy across the Asia Pacific region, specializing in enterprise data platform architecture and governance. As a Databricks Champion, Sudheer designs and implements scalable lakehouse solutions and AI innovations, fostering strategic partnerships with executives and enhancing data capabilities for top-tier clients. Sudheer previously held roles at Databricks, where they architected Lakehouse and AI platforms, and at various organizations including Cloudera and Boeing, contributing significant expertise in big data and machine learning solutions. Sudheer holds a B Tech in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University and an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
