Sunil Shah is an experienced Engineering Manager currently leading the Compute Lifecycle team at Databricks, focusing on large-scale automation of Kubernetes cluster provisioning across major cloud providers. Previously, Sunil managed the Compute Infrastructure team at Airbnb, overseeing core Kubernetes infrastructure and service management tools, and held a similar managerial role at Yelp within the Data and Production Engineering organization. Prior to these positions, Sunil served in various capacities at Mesosphere, Inc. and completed a Master of Engineering at the University of California, Berkeley, as well as a Master of Arts at the University of Cambridge in Computer Science.
