Thibault Delfaud

Thibault Delfaud is currently a Senior Manager of Field Engineering at Databricks, where they lead a team of elite Specialist Solutions Architects driving substantial growth in the South EMEA region. They have previously held leadership roles in pre-sales and technical operations at companies such as Tealium, Criteo, and IBM, where they thrived in complex, high-performance environments. Thibault also founded L'Avant Poste, an architect chalet, and Lead-Up, a go-to-market community in Barcelona. They hold multiple degrees from esteemed institutions, including a MicroMasters in Statistics and Data Science from MIT and a Master's degree in Financial Analysis from INSEEC Grande Ecole.
