Tina Harkness, M.Ed., is a Data and AI Enablement Leader with extensive experience in strategic innovation and performance-focused solutions. Previously, they served as Director of Business Development & Strategy at Cannon Financial Institute, leading product design and sales strategies. Tina has also held key roles at Salesforce, including Director of Enablement Innovation and Sr. Manager of Sales Enablement in Financial Services, and is currently the Industry Field Performance Leader for Regulated Industries at Databricks. Tina holds two Master’s degrees from The University of Georgia in Instructional Design and Development, as well as Teaching, Curriculum, and Instruction, and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Meredith College.
