Toby Gamm

Toby Gamm is currently the Head of Professional Services and Training for Northern EMEA at Databricks, leading a team of over 45 professionals to meet growing customer demand for advisory and enablement services. Previously, Toby held several leadership roles at Databricks, including Director of Field Engineering and Director of Resident Solutions Architects, where they significantly scaled teams and service delivery. Prior to Databricks, Toby served as a Data Science Consultant and Engagement Lead at Capgemini, where they helped grow a major analytics project and led various data science initiatives. Toby began their career as an Intelligence Analyst with the UK Ministry of Defence, advancing through roles that emphasized analytics consultancy and data-driven decision-making.
